Interacoustics Eclipse

Advanced audiological testing equipment

Interacoustics Eclipse is a comprehensive and versatile solution for audiological measurements of auditory evoked potentials (AEP). It enables you to perform a wide range of AEP tests. Whether you work with ABR, ASSR, VEMP or OAE, the Eclipse platform will provide you with reliable results.

Data is managed in a single database with reports that can be printed or sent to the electronic patient record. You can customise your own system by selecting the modules you wish to use and adding further features as required.

How to check that Eclipse is functioning correctly

ABRIS

Advanced ABR screening

Interacoustics Eclipse ABRIS has been developed to deliver reliable ABR screening results. With an algorithm sensitivity of 99.9% and a specificity of over 96%, it is the ideal solution for identifying hearing loss in newborns and patients of all age groups. The robust and noise-immune hardware ensures accurate measurements, even in noisy environments. The Eclipse platform allows you to customise test protocols and easily save and export results to your EMR system.

ASSR

Hearing Threshold Assessment

The Interacoustics Eclipse ASSR is a groundbreaking solution for audiologists and clinicians. With its advanced technology, it enables precise assessment of hearing thresholds without the need for patient cooperation.

The Eclipse ASSR delivers fast and accurate threshold values. Using multi-frequency ASSR technology (4 frequencies per ear), it is ideal for assessing the hearing thresholds of children and other patients, particularly when behavioural audiometry is not possible.

EP15

Diagnostic ABR

The Interacoustics Eclipse EP15 is designed to meet the needs of audiologists and clinics seeking a reliable device for diagnostic ABR.

The Eclipse EP15 combines traditional ABR (Auditory Brainstem Response) with advanced monitoring and precise calculation features. The EP15 is ideal for both threshold assessment and neurological diagnosis.

EP25

Complete clinical ABR

The Interacoustics Eclipse EP25 has been developed to meet the needs of audiologists and clinicians who perform clinical ABR testing.

The device provides accurate and reliable results and includes all the features of the EP15 series, as well as the innovative CE-Chirp® and NB CE-Chirp® LS stimuli.

CE-Chirp® stimuli are designed to optimise the waveform and improve the signal-to-noise ratio. This results in more efficient testing procedures and reduces the need for repeated measurements. NB CE-Chirp® LS stimuli enable the measurement of slow-latency responses and are ideal for investigations of neurological conditions.

The EP25’s 900 ms response window ensures accurate measurements and enables clinicians to identify even the slightest changes in the auditory system. The equipment also supports the calculation of ECochG area ratios, a method introduced by John Ferraro that helps to evaluate cochlear nerve function.

VEMP

Testing solution for diagnosing vestibular disorders

Interacoustics Eclipse VEMP is a specialised testing solution that measures and analyses the vestibular-evoked myogenic potential. This advanced technology provides clinicians and audiologists with valuable insights into vestibular dysfunction and helps diagnose vestibular disorders.

By stimulating the inner ear and measuring the muscle response, clinicians can use Eclipse VEMP to identify abnormalities in the vestibular system. This makes it possible to diagnose conditions such as Meniere’s disease, vestibular neuritis and other vestibular disorders.

OAE

Audiological screening

The Interacoustics Eclipse DPOAE20 is a powerful solution for audiological screening and clinical use. It allows you to create detailed DP-grams using protocols that you design yourself to suit your specific needs or requirements.

The OAE module has been developed to meet the needs of audiologists, clinicians and researchers. It enables you to conduct in-depth investigations of otoacoustic emissions and create bespoke protocols. Whether you work with children, adults or the elderly, you can customise test parameters, frequency ranges and stimulus levels to achieve accurate results.

Aided Cortical Test

Validation of hearing aids and cochlear implants

The Interacoustics Eclipse Aided Cortical Test is an advanced method for assessing whether hearing aids and cochlear implants are functioning correctly.

It is performed following the fitting of hearing aids using the Interacoustics Eclipse device, ensuring that the patient can hear with the device.

The test is ideal for infants aged 3 months to 7–8 months, as well as children and adults with complex needs who are unable to participate in behavioural tests.

Unlike ABR, which requires the patient to be asleep, the Aided Cortical Test is performed whilst the patient is awake
